Question Refeed guidelines?

Hey all. I'm wondering if anyone can provide me wtih info on caloric content or macronutrient ratios for refeeds. I haven't been able to find anything specific on the web just yet and I'm closing in on a refeed day. Thanks.

I was not shedding any weight for quite some time (could be linked to thyroid meds) and G suggested I drop cal's to 1400 and do a refeed once a week. There's some conflicting info about how to do this so I'm wondering if I should just go up to maintenance cals? If so, how do I break down the macronutrients?
