LOL. Nice answers...but pretty accurate.
All NO2 does is bloat up your muscles with some extra blood. Doesn't improve your workout, doesn't improve lean mass gains, or strength gains. You may as well buy a marker and draw muscles on yourself...because that's all NO2 is...cosmetic.
if you want an NO2 pump, try straight arginine, a couple grams 45 mins pre-workout.
Its not all that impressive.
