Weight Loss
Well I know I rarely ever get on here anymore but would just like to update you all on my weight loss. I started my diet in the second half of May and I am now down 35lbs. I typically eat 1 egg, 3/4 of a cup of weight watchers cereal, and 3/4 of a cup of pinneapple for breakfast. Lunch 6 oz of chicken 1.5 cups of greenbeans and an orange. Dinner is about the same. I also have two snacks during the day one is a "protein shake" only has 15 grams, and a "protein bar." It is the slim-4-life program. It works but is a bit expensive especially on a college budget.
