Default Lunch ideas?

What do people here eat for lunch? For a long time I brought my lunch to work but decided that what was easy (turkey on whole wheat and chips made from brown rice) also probably had too many carbs. So I'm looking for new, easy ideas and figured this was the best place to turn. Thanks in advance for the help.

canned chicken, canned tuna, broccoli, spinach, cottage cheese, brown rice, leftover steak from night before, if I eat out subway or chipotle

I make wraps instead of sandwiches plus I usually have some homemde bean or lentil soup to boost my fiber intake. I always keep fruit, raw veggies, ff cottage cheese and almonds at work to snack on. I have my own fridge and access to a microwave which makes this easier but I have friends who do the same just using a cooler and a thermos.

I do a lot of things that have been mentioned (including the turkey sandwich on whole wheat).

One other easy option is to bake or grill some chicken breasts in advance and bring them in to work and microwave them, along with some frozen vegetables.

Another good snack option is string cheese.

Salads are a great alternative. Not as difficult as many people think too. I just get the packaged spinach and romaine (cals and carbs are almost negligible), use sandwich meat (or cooked chicken/steak strips if you have time), shredded cheese, boiled eggs, some mixed nuts and veggies (brocolli, onions, jalapenos, etc.), topped with oil and vinegar or some other low carb dressing. I just put in all in tupperware the night before, then add my dressing and shake it up in the morning before I go to work. P+F salad, good stuff. Make it with whatever you want, I also like making tuna or egg salad and putting that on top of the lettuce, good stuff.

Get a George Forman Grill (one with removable plates for easy clean up).....Cook all of your meat, chicken, etc.... they cook fast, easy to clean.

I cut up chicken, turkey, and even turkey burgers and put them in low carb wraps with fat free mayo and some lettuce of choice. I have grilled peppers on it as well and put them in wraps. They have all kinds of flavors out there (Spinach wraps, pepper wraps, wheat, tomato, etc....)

Think "picnic." Cold this, cold that. Perfect and easy for a packed lunch.
