Default Foods

ok can anyone write up a list of good breakfest, lunch, and dinner foods and like snacks too? because i tried calculating the calories and stuff but its way too hard, so i was just wondering if anyone can just write down options for each and i iwll just choose one of each everyday

Man....

You need to learn how to eat.

Us giving you a list that you try and stick to is so flawed it's not even funny.

What happens when you get bored with our suggestions?

There are a TONNE of examples available on this board.

I logged my food in my training log for weeks and weeks. The recipe section has loads of food ideas.

If you want something more maybe you need to look into Precision Nutrition from Berardi.

I think if you think it's to hard to learn how to eat and to count calories with sites like www.fitday.com then you are doomed to failure.
