These seemed to get good reviews on another forum.

1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 egg yolk, 4 eggs without the yolk
A dash of cinnamon
a tsp of vanilla
Blend it up and it's ready to cook!

I make the same ones that PJB is making. I'll do it as follows:

1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup oats
5 eggs whites

Then either some vanilla or almond extract, a bit of whey protein for taste (not really needed with all of the protein in it), and a crap load of berries. If I'm feeling really cheeky, I'll put some sugar free syrup on there. God I LOVE pancake day...

The ones from pjb are good I have used that one before.

Now I just use a whole wheat mix with an egg and water. You could add protein powder.

Johnka has a recipe in Gourmet Nutrition and in MF that used a wholewheat mix base with whey.

Infact he posted it here...

Massive Protein Pancakes

Good Luck!

Stupid question here. The 1/2 cup Oatmeal. Is that cooked? Or dry? Sounds like it would be really dry batter if your talking dry oatmeal...

Can someone clarify. Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but I'd rather ask than screw it up. Thanks!

I forgot the recipe I used to use, I haven't made them in so long, but it was dry oats, chocolate protein powder, a couple whole eggs and a couple egg whites. Something like that, there are a ton of recipes out there. The ones from Johnka sound great too, might have to try those.

That reminds me, tomorrow morning I get a cheat meal, cracker barrel for breakfast. I think Momma's Pancake Breakfast with pork sausage and biscuits and gravy sounds in order.

The ones with oats... You blend it in a blender? So it's smooth, right?

Yes, use a blender. The first time i tried to make them I think I left out that step. I would not recommend it.
