Talking AMINO ACIDS AT HALF THE COST

I realise that this should be posted in the diet section however i noticed that the training forum gets more attention so here i am.

Well as i am currently short of cash and yet i seek amino acids however they are very expensive(good shit) and i really couldnt afford it every month therefore i needed to find an alternative?

I eventually found a group of tablets that are cheap and very good, they contained all the amino acids one would need and if taken with a meal that lacks the amino acid profile would give the client more mass and the body more aminos to work with. The following tablets are extremly effective and i saw results within 2 weeks.

follow the following plan:

Liver tablets (dessicated) 600mg
Brewers yeast 450mg
kelp 300mg
AlfaAlfa 300mg

If you miss a meal then take these but double the doses,i find them easy and effective while on the run,at school work or just out and about.Ofcourse i never miss a meal but tend to take them inbetween or with meals just to add extra effect.I find they do work and work well, these are pure amino gems

Also i have tried GABA recently and find that to be effective also,i used a french import and it was quality stuff. For the best results mix with 5 grams of L-glutamine this works best, see below for my plan

Take Gaba approx 10gs with 5gs of glutamine in warm water right before bed.It also helps you get to sleep and gives you a great sense of well being. It also helps with GH release, its best to cycle this 4days on 4days off for maximum results.

The next thing is Glycerine,it helps red blood cell formation and it has great hydrating effect on the body which is fantastic news. This stuff is the dogs bollocks and see the differance almost straight away!

This is my pennys worth to all that could put it too practice,i know where you can get your hands on some great gaba at good prices if you are interrested of course!Stay strong

I just bought like 300g of Optimum Nutrition BCAA for $20 + shipping...that doesn't seem too expensive. It's not the greatest stuff but???

Good luck trying to get it mix with anything. I love ON's products, but their BCAA powder is disgusting, it has no flavor but it's extremely gritty, it tastes like sand in a shake, doesn't dissolve at all.

I use Grape ICE, not the best tasting stuff in the world, but it works.
