A little low in cals for me, but as far as ingredients go, I'd say it'd be great for pre-workout, what with all the coffee and B-vitamins to get you going.
Not bad in the carb department but a little light in protein.
And it always cracks me up when they claim 'packed' with 10g of protein, like that's a lot.

I know it's light on protein but by the time I'm done with workout and breakfast I'm up to 70g of protein. I wanted a change from the usual gatorade/whey PWO.

I know it's only 2.5g fat, but don't you want to go as FF as possible? And it's only 10g protein/8fl oz. I think that's kind of low for a PWO drink.
i was under the impression that you dident want fat just after a workout, because fat slows down the "transportation" of nutrition to the muscles, making the drink less effective..

Craig has said he sometimes drinks a glass of chocolate milk post workout. It has about the same carb/protein amounts as this stuff. And 2.5g of fat.....well, I really don't try to get caught up in the minutiae of all this. If I was an elite athelete or body builder than I could see it may matter. But I'm just a regular guy lifting and trying to eat better. That's my goal.
