I have been at a 90% strict diet following Berardi's 7 habits for the past two months or so, and have been keeping my calorie intake fairly steady, tweaking it (adding calories, pretty much) on a week-to-week basis.
Today though, for some reason, I am just soooo hungry. I have already added an extra meal to my normal plan, and have eaten one of my planned meals early, and am hungry again!
I had my first real cheat-attack in a long time this weekend when I had fondue on Friday night (fruit & rice crispie squares dipped in dark chocolate), and 10 (ten!) of
these deliciously horrible-for-you cookies on Saturday.
Is the cheating the likely cause of my caterpillar/hippo-esque appetite today, or is all the lifting/HIIT I've been doing just forcing me to reduce my deficit (or something else)? I know there's not really enough info here to make a definite determination, but do any of you experience big shifts in appetite?
