Default SDSN -- Sunday Diet Soda News!

Sunday Diet Soda News! New Diet Pepsi flavors!

1. Jazz Strawberries & Cream. Delicious. Really liked it.

2. Jazz Black Cherry French Vanilla. Nothing to write home about.

The big question. Why?

What's with all these strange new flavors of soda. I love Diet Dr. Pepper, but it's a flavor all unto itself, like root beer. Does one add cherry to root beer? No. One does not. Nor, should one adulterate the pure taste of Diet Dr. Pepper with "berries and cream" flavoring... Although, the "cherry vanilla" flavor is pretty tasty, was it really a necessary addition to the world's panthion of sodas? Mountain Dew Code Red? Doesn't taste anything like Mountain Dew. Might as well be named Code Red (merely a bubbly red punch, riding the coattails of a classic soda pop...).

Wait. Back to the Diet Pepsi. Strawberries & Cream, good. Black Cherry French Vanilla, bad.

And, Jazz? Did I mention this queer little addition to the soda label? What's with this? My uncle Greg had a dog named Jazz. Part chihuahua. What does this have to do with a soft drink? Besides, how many words does a soda need in it's name? Jazz Diet Pepsi Black Cherry French Vanilla. Seven. Yes. Seven.

Submit your vote for the soda you think outta exist!
