Default BCAA and Tribulus?

I was curious what everyone's thoughts and/or results are from using bcaa's and tribulus(or similiar products). I have read a few articles regarding these and I know they are endorsed by quite a few professional's but I just wanted to hear from everyone about your personal experience's with these products, and whether or not they are worth the money. I am currently taking a multi. vit., creatine, milk/whey protein, and glutamine.

Do you take whey shakes? Most brands like ON have all the BCAA that you need.

Tribulus is not going to do much for most. Especially if you are younger, under 25.

Yeah, I'll have a shake before/after my workout and most of the time I'll have a milk protein isolate shake before bed. I get my protein from Trueprotein.com (MPI and WPI)

JB put extra BCAA's in Surge. I think he has studies that say they help post workout. Also the nutrient timing guys recommend them post workout in addition to whey.

At 21 you probably don't need thr tribulus.
