Ahhh...chromium...this was my favorite "fat burner" during my misguided era in high shcool. Companies used to push this hard, around the time pyruvate was in its prime.
Because chromium is needed for insulin to function properly people originally believed that more chromium would make insulin work even better (increased sensitivity). But as with many vitamins and minerals when your body has enough more will not necessarily make things work better.
Taking it won't hurt (as long as you don't overdose) but it most likely won't made a difference either....opt for the bb.com sweat towel next time
