Default Supplement intake, which first?!

Okay guys, I have 4 supplements that I want to take daily.. I just bought them and don't know when the best time is to take them and in what order, little help please?..

But I am gonna be doing CW's Anti-bodybuilding.. Just the I am going to have it 2 days on 1 day off, rather then every other day..

So these are the supplements -

Whey Protien
Creatine Monohydrate (Sorry JP, they didn't have micronized..)
Spike (Energy in a pill) http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=548437
MultiVitamins

Okay, so anyone have suggestions, also I am confused as to how much Creatine should be taken daily? The con-artist at the store was telling me 5-10 grams and your body produces 2, but I don't trust a man that looks like .. [Insert some outragously fat name here(make it funny)]..

Well Guys I found my own awnsers instead of mooching off of you guys.. This is what I came up with

Wake up

Spike & MultiVitamin
Breakfast & Protein Shake

30-45 minutes later (Or right before work)
3-5g's Creatine

Another 3-5g's before and after workout
Protien Shake after workout..

Protien Shake before bed..

So that'll give me
9-15gs of Creatine
60g's of Protien (excluding foods)
My daily dose of spike
My multivitamins
Also, I will have to drink alot more water..

Overdone on the creatine. Take 5g once a day. If you want to load take 5g 4 times a day for 5 days, then 5g per day after. You don't have to cycle creatine.

Overdone on the protein shakes too. Shakes at the workout, whole food the other times.

JawNvMe,

I have found that using Spike on a more specific basis is much more cost effective then just taking it everyday. Take it if you need energy for a workout, need to focus for an extended peroid of time, or just need energy instead of every morning. I usually could get away with only taking one tab. People are different so it is important to figure out what works best for your body.

In regards to the creatine you can take 3-5gram just after your workout and you'll be fine. Creatine is so cheap nowadays that it probably won't cost you more if you take 15grams a day, but I'm not sure how much more it will help.

The multivitamin in the morning is good because most people are less likely to forget to take it then. Make sure you have some fats so the fat soluble vitamins get digested.

Protein powder....whenever you need it

Good luck!

keep your regular diet in check first and foremost. if you're not eating to meet your goals regularly then all the supliments in the world will not help.

multi and creatine can be taken any time. some recomment creatine right after a workout (since you're blood is flowing like crazy anyway).

1 shake a day on workouts is probibly plenty (again assuming your eating well anyway). I *personally* have a pre-during workout shake, with some simple sugar and whey. Gives energy for the workout and a head start on the digestion process.

I agree with what the others have said. I'll add that not only would I take Spike for workouts, but I would actually make a point to avoid taking it any other time. Stimulants can be a friend or an enemy. Use it only for your workouts.

Yeah 5g of creatine should be enough. Try half before and half after a workout.

With the spike. I would not suggest relying on it. I would only use it pre-workout on days that I actually had no energy. If you use it everyday the effects will wear off quickly. Try get 1.5-2g of protien for ever pound of lean body mass. If you are not getting it, add more shakes, if you are, take away shakes.

The creatine will cause you to retain some water, which means you need to drink more.

B-Vitamins--particularly Thiamin and Ribovlavin--change your piss to the bright yellow color.

Dark yellow is a sign of dehydration. Bright yellow (though still transparent) is a sign of excess B-Vitamin intake.

Thanks, I have just never had that happen. Most likely because I drink freakishly amounts of water. About 3 gallons a day.
