I'll point out that while I think drinking lots of water is a good idea in general, you'll still be pissing away those vitamins like before. You'll just be diluting the color to a more normal appearance.
As I, OldGuy, and several others have suggested, if you feel you must take mega-doses of vitamins, spead them out across the day and you'll waste less.
Also, I'd ignore what the maker recommends as a dose, it's almost always way too high. They're
selling vitamins, remember? (I worked for several of these companies, like GNC, from the late 70's to the mid 80's.) Get online, do a little research, and decide for yourself.
Consider also applying the concept of nutrient timing to your micro nutrients, as many do for their macro nutrients when they utilize pre and post workout drinks. For example, intense exercise produces elevated levels of free radicals, and is also perceived by the body as stress. Higher doses of antioxidants and the "stress" vitamins (B complex and C, etc.) taken pre and post workout may help mitigate the effects.
