Hi, I'm young and have been into fitness/nutrition for a little over a year. I was average height (for my age) and a little chunky when I started following the abs diet, lifting weights, and running. Since then I hit a huge growth spurt and now I'm underweight and need to bulk up a bit. But I have many questions on how exactly to do this. I calculated my calorie intake and it says it needs to be around 2800 calories wich is very hard for me to do. So If you guys wouldn't mind maybe I could start a diet log here and you could evaluate my diet and give me some pointers to get me started.....
Here is some brief information:
Height: 5'11''- 6'
Weight: 135
Workout:

I've been doing this workout for about a month. I dropped running (which was a very sad thing for me to do

) and I add an ab workout to the plan. I also take krav maga and go about 3-4 days a week.
My diet usually is something like this:
Oatmeal, Peanut butter, banana
Pwo: Egg sandwhich: 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, english muffin, 1/2 a cup of cooked spinach)
Ham and cheese sandwhich, broccoli
Almonds, apple
yogurt, berries
Dinner (usually)- A lean protein (chicken), A starch (brown rice), veggies (bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach) My mother is a good cook

Pwo: Whey powder, milk
I usually have a multi-vitamin and maybe some fish oil with breakfest, and I drink alot of water.
Would this diet be considered bulking or should I add more? And if I do need to , how do I do it? Also how long should I stick to bulking? I was thinking a 4 month bulking cycle, 2 months to cut up a bit and the rest to maintain. But I'm not sure if this is healthy for my age....
I would like to add 10 pounds in the next 4 months, but I realize this might be unrealistic....
Thankyou for any help in advance,
Hab
