Default Cheaters/Bulkers Shake!

Ok, so everybody gets the urge to cheat. Some of us even go through with the act! Well, the biggest problem for me when I veer from the path of the healthy man is that the garbage I eat not only is bad for me, but it also has no redeeming qualities. Empty calories are the worst.

Well, here's the simplest solution:

4 oz. water
1/2 cup Hood's fat-free ice-cream, your choice of flavor
1/2 cup frozen spinach

Blend.

It's green, sure, but it still tastes like the orginal ice cream! No joke. I'm now working on adding just enough whey to enhance the protein. Too much makes it chalky. I'm thinking 10g will do it. Imagine that: a great-tasting dessert shake with less than 30g of carbs, more than 10g of protein, 0 fat, active yogurt cultures and the phyto-nutrients of spinach!

Hell, if it was terrible I'd throw out 1/2 cup ice cream and 1/2 cup frozen spinach. No great loss!
