Default MuscleTech's Creakic - opinions please

Don't be swayed by the 'roid freak on the link. Please read MT's info and give me your opinions. Are they on to something or is this just another gimmick? Any opinions are welcome and requested, but I'm especially interested in Johnka's, Galya's, JP's and Adam's opinions.

Thanks guys.

I think this sounds pretty fucking ridiculous, although I am no expert in biochemistry...

I thought the mechanism for dietary creatine uptake and conversion wasn't understood in the first place yet. Wouldn't having sufficient antioxidants and antiinflammatories in your diet do the same thing they are claiming their magic creatine does? It basically says that there is more oxidative stress in someone who exercises than in someone who doesn't, which will cause more free radicals to form and more inflammation...who'd of thought. So basically, it seems like they are claiming to understand a transporter that isn't yet understood, then they tell you free radicals and inflammation are not good for your cells...just they try to use the chemical names of free radicals and products of inflammation to make it sound fancy smancy.

At least I think that is right, I only have a semester of physiology under my belt so I probably screwed something in that explanation up haha.
