BioTest is Pissing me off!!
This is why, you may have seen the Biotest whey thread about how they fucked me and others on their "new forumula" Metabolic Drive" :

If you listened to this weeks FitCast you may have noticed that the Metabolic Drive Formula has changed. They took out the cassin casinate (I am pissed about this) and put in some cheap Whey. Makes me really think Biotest F-ed its customers there. Also they would not refund my money after they send me a product that was diffrent then advertised (servings/ingredients/Protein content).

On T-Nation they are just giving people the run around and the big-wigs like TC are not even answering complaints. This is after a $150 order (for free shiping) with 3 tubs of the chocolate.
This is the thread with an "update" from T-nation explaining themselves, I posted in it and someone was trying to say I liked the new taste so why should I feel cheated??:

Not good on a customer service end but I think you'll find most comapnies reserve the right to change their formulas or products without prior notice. Buyer beware.

Still you know a refund would be great for a customer that has spent over $600 on their products over the last few years. And others have spent thousands.

I agree, they should do something. Maybe a free tub or two once it's fixed.

Stop using your bottles, until this is cleared up one way or another.
What have you done, so far to try to get the money back? Or, are you just asking for replacements?
Also, is there a thread with a lot of complaints? That one's pretty tame.

Tell your credit card company to stop payment. Let them fight with VISA- nobody beats them!

Sucks if you don't like the new flavour, especially since you get less servings for the same money.

FWIW, Mod Brian made a post at 2:37 on the 15th saying that all unopened bottles can be returned for a refund. Just wanted to update you on that Kev in case you hadn't noticed it.

Ya I saw but at this point I only have 2 tubs of choc, I got 2 strawberry and 1 Vinilla, so I doubt it would be worth it to return them.

that's pretty cool though that they at least are willing to make a small move to make things right. now if they'd pay your shipping charges all would be well.
