Default How Low Can You have your calorie intake be?

Basically that is my question. At 180 lbs, how low can I have my cal intake be for fat loss?

Kevin, if your performace starts suffering, up your calories by 10-15%. Also, it's a lot cooler to perform well and eat more than to eat less and perform poorer.

cycle it 2000 down to 1400 200 down 100 up keep going hit 1400 start again
