Default T-Dawg 2.0

I know many of you have seen this already but for everyone else, you should check it out.

This is a lot like Adam's Diet, but just with calories counting. Worth a look if you have tried Adam's and you didn't get the results. That is, if you took in too many cals.

t-dawg 2.0 was pretty popular on the MH boards a few years a couple. many people had great results with it.

It makes alot of sense. I am going to give it a shot. When I did Adam's I didnt get great results and I think its because of the calorie intake. Maybe too much pepperoni.

Ya think?

I did Adam's, but I plug in info every couple of days to know where I was calorically. I was always low. And I never got into a lot of high fat proteins. That surely helped a lot.

But it tastes so good!!

Ya right now I am tracking and I am hitting the 2400 cals I want. Also the fat is around 38% so I am doing good.

Hey Larrabee, I have just been rereading the Tdawg. I saw it awhile back, well maybe tdawg1 but didn't do it. So with my goals right now I thought it might work for me. Don't know if you remember responding to my post.
Anyway, according to this diet, I should be around 1500 cals (though they said to play with calorie count) around 200g protein and 100g carb.
Did I miss fat gram recommendations and also I tried entering a sample day in Fitday, it adds to almost 2000 cals, but only gives 100g carb and 167protein. Is this a good start and if its not, do I just eat more pure protein to get up to the 200g even though I'm at 2000calories?
