Any suggestions on what brands are worth the price?

I can't take it, if I do, I'm shaking like crazy! When I worked at GNC, everyone had good luck with Hydroxycut and Xenadrine, but I'm sure those are off the market now with ephedra. I think you might have a hard time finding any ephedra products in the US now...

I was under the assumption that the ban on ephedra was lifted in 2005 and that they are trying to over-rule the ban this month in court. But that you currently can purchase ephedra products. I had alot of success with Hydroxycut and Xenadrine before as well.

you can now purchase it online due to recent court ruling, but i haven't really seen it in any stores though.

I buy it concentrated in pills with 25 mg of ephedra.. I stack them with a caffein tablet if i want to lose weight. I don't get nervous from it at all so

If you are interested in ephedra you are basically looking at ephedrine hcl (vasopro, bolt) and caffeine.

The common dose is 25mg ephedrine and 200 mg caffeine. Taken 2 or 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
