Default Adam's Diet in detail?

I think this is my first post, but I have been reading this fourm for about a year. I am 37, 6 foot tall and weigh between 230 & 235. The scale said 234 this morning. I have worked out for several years, (I do Adventure Races) but for all my working out I have not managed my diet and thus have not seen weight loss results. I like Adam's Diet, but was wondering if one or several of you could show me what a 1, 2, 7 day meal plan might look like under it. What are the best things to eat for the morning meals/snacks, afternoon & evening that might really kick my fat burning onto gear. Is there a particular combination of foods eaten together at the right time that would make for better results than just randonly eating the food listed on the diet? I am also starting to take a Thermogenic to try and add to the stimulus. I feel my workouts are bing wasted because I am not in control of my diet. Can you guys help? Thanks.

Here's what I had today.

Made a omlett of 2 whole omega 3 eggs and 3 egg whites with spinach, tomatos, onion, zuc.,and turkey breast. Ate 1/2 before left for work and also a apple. 2 hrs later ate Dannon light yogurt. 2-3 hrs later ate rest of omlett. 2hrs later grilled chicken breast and spinach. Also snacked on cheese and handful of almonds.. Dinner will be a lean protein and veggies. This is non workout day so no pre or post workout shake with carbs/protein..

Roughly that looks like 1600-1700 calories. You don't want to go more than say 500 cals under matinanace to start. Whats your weight currently? Are you getting results with what you are doing now?
