Greens Plus Caps: Just picked them up, looks like they are worth it!!
Well actually on thursday I picked up the newer Greens Plus Caps at my local Vitamin Shoppe for $39.99, oppose to the 9.4 oz for $34.99.
Same dose but in cap form so you don't have to throw it in your shake or choke it down in water.
The serving is the same, and instead of 3 teaspoons you take 12 caps (ya I know thats alot). This can be split over two doses a day. I think I am going to take them at breakfast and with my pre-bed shake.
I really think that if you don't already take Greens Plus go get some now. And if you are like me and have been taking it but can't stand the taste, it is worth the extra $5 for the caps. Now my super shakes will taste so much better!!!

I bought some of the Wild berry Burst Greens +, they taste good and have additional berry antioxidants in them.
Anybody know if they're as good as the plain old ones? Haven't heard any recommendations on them

Good to hear, Kevin. I've been eyeing those caps, but haven't made the plunge.
Like Cappy, I prefer the wild berry flavor. Not bad at all in a shake! As far as I know, this flavor has more or less the same ingredients as the original.

Hey John, what do you see as the benefits of this product? I've heard it helps with digestion or to help add more veggies to your diet without eating the actual veggies.
I thought this might help with my veggie intake while traveling or at work. But they don't appear to have very many carbs or calories.
Just wondering what your thoughts were or if Berardi has written any articles on the subject.
Thanks in advance.
Ted

Greens + does not replace a multivitamin. On todays FitCast we (Johnka, Johne Berardi and I) are going to have a discussion on Greens+ The show should be out by 4pm EST. SO you will hear what two of the best and brightest think.

Kevin,
I also purchased the berry flavored powder. Very good.
Try this as a pwo shake:
ON Vanilla Whey
Mountain Blast Poweraid (the blue one)
Berry Greens +
Water
Its also good just mixed with Whey and water.
Give it a shot.
Brad
PS - Enjoy the show!!!

Thanks Brad,
That may be best as a MRP. I don't know if you really want to take your greens+ right after a workout. Just want to get the P+C.
I will give it a shot when I get some Berry Greens+later this week.

Not to step on your toes here, but Alan Aragon and JB (and probably others) have discussed the importance of micronutrient density of PWO shakes... so wouldn't greens+ make a good addition? I don't know a whole lot about greens+ yet, but I guess in other words, what's your objection to adding it?

To be honest I just like to get in the P+C. It might very well be a great addition. I think I remember Jb saying that too, let me ask hit to double check. Good call though!
