Default Are you expecting? If so, read this!

My wife and I are expecting our first on November 6th, so I am always looking for things to help make the pregnancy a little easier. Today while signing on I came across this article, kind of funny, I’m always riding my wife for not eating enough Omega 3’s, now I have another reason to get on her case!

The other issue there is the "mercury scare" that has been floating around concerning tuna and a few other fish. Pregnant women aren't supposed to eat so much tuna due to the mercury. I would say increase the Omega 3's, but try to use other sources

Congrats on expecting!!
