Default Good Fats! What’s your favorite?

I like Almonds, but I’m looking for more of a variety, have any ideas?

Peanut butter kicks ass of course. Walnuts, avacados, olive oil...I know I know a lot more than that, but its early and the caffeine hasn't hit me yet.

I actually really enjoy ground flax seed. Flax oil is so-so, but if you grond some seeds up in your coffee grinder to a fine powder, the smell is amazing and it really adds some unique flavor to shakes!

I love olive oil. And salmon. Both are damn expensive, but oh so good.

McDonald's french fries and a Big Mac...oh you meant "Good Fats" as in healthy not what tastes good. My bad.

Nah seriously, I love cooking in Olive Oil. Especially Chicken with my own blend of Hot BBQ seasoning. Mmmmmm.

My favorite fats come from 4% Cottage Cheese (saturated fats are HIGHLY underrated in my opinion), Natty PB, and Sundried Tomatoes jarred in EVOO and herbs. Fish oil caps are a necessary evil, since I'm allergic to salmon.
