Default dear god, so much food!

kind of a useless post... but I was just thinking about how much I've been eating for the last 2.25 months of bulking, so I did some math.

I eat 3700 calories everyday, but a lot of days I overeat... either way 3700 min.
31 days of march, 28 days of feb, and one week of jauary..

so far, minimum, I've taken in 244,200 calories in my quest for more muscle...

nice, take that weight watchers!!

I remember those days. Watch yourself and stay strong. When eating becomes a chore you're on the verge of "losing it". Just advice from someone who has been there and done that. I hope it's still working for you.

hey gymrat! good to see you back! I gotta say, you were one of my inspirations during my bulk, it was impressive how much bigger you got. I made it through alright, but I as getting sick and tired of putting together so much food every morning... probably would have been a little bit better if I didn't work full time and go to school full time.. oh well. 4 more days then I start my diet.

I went from 185 and somewhere around 11-12% BF to 200 even somewhere around 13-15% (totally eyeballing on this one..) not overly impressive, but the muscularity is noticable. bench 210-235, deadlift 330-360, squat 275-340,
can't remember before, but I'm able to do 7-8 pullups at my current 200
I really wanted the squat and the bench to go up, obviously biggest gains were in the squat.

I'm happy with the results , but I'm definately ready to ditch this extra fat...

Looking pretty good. You've got good arms and shoulders.

I know what you mean about getting antsy about shedding the excess. Good luck.

I remember when I did my first "true" bulk in 2003-2004. I put on 30 solid lbs in a year and I felt fantastic. I was eating upwards of 5000+ on training days. It amazed me at how a certain amount of food would feel like it was going to make me puke one week, and then a few weeks later, it was nothing. It was awesome

Either way, it just goes to show that generally, people UNDEReat. It is amazing when I work with certain clients, at how little food they eat on a given day. I had one guy not too long tell me that he would go two hours without eating after a workout cause he thought that he would burn more fat in doing so. YIKES!! And then there are the majority of women. APPAULING at how little food they eat. Literally <1000 kcals per day; and then they wonder why they don't get leaner or look like shit all the time.
