Thumbs down Frick'n Shaker Cups!!!

Is there such thing as a shaker cup that doesn't leak!!! I've tried a bunch of different kinds and they seem to work for a short while then I get a case of the 'sticky fingers' during my workout and gatorade all over!!!

This sucks and drives me nuts...

Anybody got a good source for decent ones????

I use rubbermaid chug bottles. they are cheap and don't leak a drop. It you toss a few pieces of ice in your shake it will disolve the powder just fine.

I use the ice-cube trick as well sometimes. Sorta like the beads in a can of spray paint

I got a few from my gym (24 Hour Fitness). They are the kind where the lid snaps on rather than screws down. It never leaks.

The screw on ones need to be screwed down so tightly that they are hard to unscrew, later.

For me, the rubbermaid bottles don't have a wide enough mouth to scoop into, easily. Might be just me, though.

yeah, thats kind of a trick. They are almost the exact size of the scoop. You either have to kinda tap the power out or just flip the whole scoop upside down at once.

I get mine from bodybuilding.com . everytime I order my On Whey I get 2 or 3 of them. Only $1.95 and never leak. I got like 10 of them just in case... Actually I dont know why I have 10... Maybe I should donate some.

the couple I've getten from GNC have never leaked.... the crappy ass ones from bally on the other hand... it seems to have more to do with the threads on the lid, because a shitty lid will make any of mine leak.

I use a funnel for my drink bottle (to put the powders in). I use a shaker bottle something like an old milkshake shaker bottle for post workout, basically a big cup with a lid that seals tightly. Both just bought coz they were cheap.

So snap-on lids appear better than the threaded ones? I agree, I try to tighten them up so much, it's a bitch getting the lid off then.

I bought two shaker bottles from Tupperware. They are old school, but they do not leak. They have the snap lid and blending disk inside to help mix up the powder.

I use the slim fast cup with snap on lid. It's just liek a regular cup so it's easy to pour in my protein. It never leaks, the only down side is i have to hold it so my palm hides the slim fast logo. I too am in the market for a nice plain cup. But I don't fell like paying 6 bucks for one either.

I agree with Dogg -- the Tupperware ones are really good. Never had a problem with mine leaking.

I just throw everything into a Gatorade bottle and shake away. No leaks or clumps.
