Default Cottage Cheese topping

I was wondering if anybody knew how to make a topping for chicken, steak, fish or turkey that main ingredient is cottage cheese?

hmmm, interesting idea. Did a few searches, came up with these...

there are tons of things you can od with the curd, but I'm not sure topping would be one of them. Filling, yes...

You can make a reasonably good salad dressing by putting cottage cheese in the blender and adding a packet of Ranch or Italian salad dressing mix, maybe thinned with a little water. If you're a serious cook, forget the packet stuff and experiment with your own mix of herbs and seasonings, perhaps some chopped olives or capers.

Just off the top of my head, I'd use dill and chives + blended cottage cheese as a topping for salmon. For chicken, maybe garlic, parsley, black pepper + cc.

Default CC topping

Hey,
Not quite a topping for chicken, but if you cut up your chicken, throw it in a bunch of spinich, add CC, and a little lite ceasar salad dressing, it tastes really good. Chicken and CC - lots of good, slow digesting protien. Perfect for supper.
