Diet, Nutrition and SupplementationPost here for supplement reviews or nutritional advice. If you're trying to get "ripped abz" THIS is where you should be.
I know a lot of you all have done the Adam's Diet, and I'm wondering what kind of results you've seen. I'm really working to cut some of the bodyfat I've gained during my bulking cylcle and need to get down about 10-12lbs and maintain lbm. So I'm doing TTFFL and trying to stick to Adam's Diet. I've only been doing it for a few weeks but was wondering what kind of results you all have had.
I got my friend on it and it is working great from him. He lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I also got him to begin lifting/ doing cardio again though. But the ideas behind AD is solid and if you follow them you should lose fat. Just dont expect 5 lbs in a week. Think more like 2 lbs a week. Also if you can try to keep that one carb meal as clean and as low in carbs as possible. If you can even ditch the one carb meal.
OG it says in the diet that you can eat oatmeal if you want doesn't it or am I missing something? I have been loosely following his diet for two weeks. I will do good for 4 days and terrible for 2 so I have only manage to lose 3 pounds but I have buckled down on it today.
I lost a ton of weight last year while on Adam's Diet and doing Turbulence Training. I'll probably start it again in April when I can afford a new home gym...I lost about 15-20 lbs. and 2-3% Bf (not exact on the BF)
Hey Everyone. This is my first post on the forum but i have been reading it for about as long as i have been on the adam's diet. I figured it was only appropriate to reply to this because i am almost positive larrabee is referring to me. He and I are up here at school together and are co-workers. he has gotten me addicted to the world of fitness and i can't get enough. anyways i started the adam's diet about a month ago and have seen good results. I have lost almost 15lbs now and 2 and a half inches off of my waste. So as long as you stick to the diet the results are sure to come.

That is how its got to be done, just one at a time, one day at a time. At least thats how I focus on diet/exersise. You know? Like ok i dont care about tommorow lets do today right, eat right, exersise, and sleep. Much easier then "Lose 15 lbs. in 2 months."
