Avoiding Sickness
So there is some vile strain of the flu going around my campus right now. I haven't caught it, but my girlfriend and some of my other friends are down for the count. I am currently finishing a 200 page senior thesis due at the end of the month, so I really can't be getting sick right now. I exercise regularly and keep in good diet habits. I also take many more vitamins and mineral supps than I probably need to (Multi, Extra Vit. C, Greens powder, FFA's), but I'm a little paranoid. Aside from the standard fare like hand washing and plenty of sleep, does anyone have other things they do to avoid sickness?
