to my best knowledge it's just a NO preoduct and creatine/sugar (similar to celltech) product in one. you could just use dextrose, creatine, and if you think it works, a cheaper NO product and get the same effects with less money. just a thought.

I just got a free tub of it from GNC because they got a new shippment with diffrent label, same stuff (LOVE HAVING A FRIEND THAT WORKS THERE). I have been taking it for about 10 days and here is what I have noticed:

-Does give me energy before my workout
-Have put on 30 lbs on my squat 3 rep max
-After workouts you feel like your arms are super inflated.
-The next day the effect on the muscles is gone.

Overall I have noticed a strength increase. Im going to finish it but am not going to ever by the stuff unless I see something in the next 15 days that blows my mind. In my opinion I would put the money towards some whey/gatorade/creatine shake.

Is that to me?

If it is then no.

No-Xplode is not a weight loss supplement. Look it up:

Pro's:

-Decent pre-workout boost supp
-The NO makes my guns look great after a workout

Con's:
-Tastes like absolute hell
-Overpriced
-NO supps do nothing in the long term
-Random mix of crap you don't need

I was curious about NO stuff. I decided to test out what appeared to be the main ingredient: arginine. So I bought arginine on its own, and for the last couple weeks haveb een taking 3g about 30 minutes prior to workout. I get the EXACT same effect that everyone talks about from NO2 stuff.

Seriously, if you want that energy boost (and I agree it does enhance workout performace a bit) then go buy some MUCH cheaper arginine.

This of course is non-scientific... but I convinced myself anyway!

or arginine and some fiber caplets.. most NO products are packed with fiber to slow the release down a bit.. NO has a very short lifespan in the body
