Default Foods to avoid while taking Yohimbe HCL

Hello all,

I was wondering why you should avoid Liver, Cheese, and red wine while taking Yohimbe, what adverse effects will these foods cause when consumed while on this supplement?

Thanks,
Adam

Don't know whether you looked at the link, but it mentions the high tyramine content of those foods. Here is a link about tyramine:

The only way yohimbine is going to be effective is if no insulin in present in the blood stream. Yohimines whole thing is mobilizing fat stores into the blood stream, so in the presence of insulin it will just re-store them. People tend to take it in the morning before eating and do some lower intensity cardio work. You can then have a no carb meal to keep the effect going.
