Default Raisin Brand Diet???

Ok, check this out...

so im walking down the isle of dillons here in good ol' Wichita and I stumble across a box of Raisin Brand... On the cover thier promoting losing ten pounds just from eating Raisin Brand... Catch is, you have to eat it for breakfast AND lunch...

I am trying to get bigger muscle BUT lose fat in the proccess...

do you think the "Raisin Brand Diet" PLUS my Lipo6 Pills, PLUS NO-Eplode, and a good Red Meat or high Protien dinner diet would work???

Im deserate here... I have tried everything... But whenever I got to bulk in the gym, I end up getting bigger shoulders and arms, but a gut fallows...

Is this a troll or serious?

What exactly is this everything you've tried?

You get a big gut from eating more calories than you burn. First thing to try would be to eat less crap and replace it with good stuff.

This is Serious....

I have tried eating alot to a little... But it seams like when I add heavy protien I go down hill... The muscle grows but the gut doesnt...

Right now Im just eat regular... I know regualr is wide based... But what I mean is eggs for breakfast, normal lunch like a sandwich or leftovers from the night before. And for dinner, a heathly entry with two vegetables and a startch...
Ima also on LIPO 6 (for 4 days now, cant really tell if its working yet) and NO-Explode and I go back into the gym tomorrow after a week and a half off (Son was born)

Ok then.

The balance is in the middle somewhere. Eating a lot wont help (unless its a lot of low calorie stuff like vegies) and eating too little will cause your metabolism to slow down and you wont lose weight.

Check this article: http://www.johnberardi.com/articles/...on/7habits.htm

Start by just following those 7 habits. Remove the bread from the diet, add in more vegies, spread the food over 6 or so meals per day, eat mainly fresh/whole foods rather than processed foods. Post any questions here.

For the original question, yes you'd lose weight initially, just because eating only raisin brand for brecky and lunch would mean you're eating a lot less, but long term it wouldnt help.

So basically....

Eat about 8 meals a day, even if its just veggies for some of them... Low "bad" fats, no breads, lots of fruits and NON proccessed foods...
Add in my supliments... LIPO 6 and NO_Explode...
Good hour workout in the gym (Heavy lifting for bulk) and 20 min or so of cardio...

And I should/might be ok???

ALSO, I do crunches and puchups every night before I go to bed...
25 pushups, 50 situps, 25 puchups, then 50 more situps in that order... Thats ok and good to continue correct???

Try to get some protein with every meal. That doesnt have to be a steak, it could be some nuts, some canned fish (tuna/salmon/etc) it could be adding some protein powder to your meal.

I wouldnt worry too much about the supplements. If you're keen to keep taking them do so, but they're not neccessary.

Look to get recovery from your workouts. You'll likely get better results from say doing an hour in the gym every 2nd day and the cardio on the other days. Something like that. Its when your muscles recover that they grow, not while working out.

Your situps/pushups wont hurt anything. I'd be tempted to just do the situps though and leave the upper body work for the gym. Again, you want recovery in there.
