Default magnesium

Does anyone know anything about supplementing magnesium? Someone gave me a bunch of info on it and I have done some research.Seems to be important to a lot of bodily functions and processes. Not really finding enough info that makes me think I could benefit from magnesium supplements. Any thoughts?

Do you take a multi-vitamin?? For example Mega Mens?

If so your getting plenty of magnesium. No need to over due it. Save the money.

I take a multi that has 120mg of magnesium. I read that the recommended daily allowance is 420mg. I certainly get some from my diet rich with veggies

There you go. Being physically active you may need a little above the daily recommendations. Were the articles you read online? Got any links??

No, they came from a relative who is a pharmaceutical sales person and their newest release is a magnesium supp. But I just listened then came home and did my own research. I actually am considering taking ZMA for a stretch to see what I think. But first I am going to do some more figuring on what I am getting naturally.

ZMA is a great supplement. I take it everynight. Most find that they wake up much easier when taking ZMA and don't feel as sluggish after waking up.
