They are full of sugar. I suspect 98% of the guys here do not eat them and classify them as junk food.

Most all are full of sugar, but knowing that going into this the Kashi Bars taste great and are natural food.

Well they are probably better than most, I wouldn't say natural.
Kashi Seven Whole Grains & Sesame Blend (Whole: Hard Red Winter Wheat, Oats, Rye, Triticale, Barley, Long Grain Brown Rice, Buckwheat, Sesame Seeds), Brown Rice Syrup, Whole Almonds, Evaporated Cane Juice Syrup, Chicory Root Fiber, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Soy Protein Isolate, Evaporated Cane Juice, Honey, Whole Flax Seeds, Soy Grits, Corn Flour, Oat Fiber, Rice Starch, Corn Bran, Vegetable Glycerin, Molasses, Salt, Natural Honey Flavor With Other Natural Flavors, Soy Lecithin, Peanut Flour, Whey, Annatto Color.
Althought they are pretty low in sugar...Probably the best of the lot unless you're making your own.

Balance use to make a bar that was intented for the "outdoors". Wasn't real tasty, but it was quite healthy. Low sugar, no trans crap, good protein. Sadly I have not been able to buy these lately. They were called Balance Outdoors, not to be confused with the regular Balance type bars that resemble candy bars more than protein bars.

Re: Granola Bars What kind do you eat & why?
The only problem I have with Kashi products is that most of their protein comes from soy, which I avoid when possible. Other than the soy, their products are relatively healthy and great fiber.
