Dannon Light \'n Fit Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt
This stuff is pretty damn good!
I was used to the yogurts high in sugar (but low in fat). After making the transition I must say I'm impressed! I wasn't sure after the first one because I was so used to the regular kind with the high carb content, but the more and more I eat, the better and better they get.
I would highly recommend to anyone!

Yep NY, that's the one. I didn't know they had carb control smoothies too. I'll have to check those out as well.
I get mine at Wal*Mart. Perhaps you can find them there.

Re: Dannon Light \'n Fit Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt
Sounds pretty good because yogurt is very convenient to eat on the run like I have to, specially considering that I need to lower my sugar. Thanks for the idea.

Oh yum! I eat this all the time...have some in the fridge as we "speak". It is very creamy. The one with extra fiber is pretty good too.

Re: Dannon Light \'n Fit Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt
They don't have anything but the sugary Dannon brands around here, but I've managed to find Blue Bunny carb control yogurt with sucarlose rather than sugar. Great stuff. My only beef is that the texture is a little looser than sugary yogurt, but I can live with that.

Re: Dannon Light \'n Fit Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt
I've tried both this and the one RacerBill mentioned as well. They are both great!
I also tried the smoothies, and I just couldn't get past the texture. Maybe if you thinned them out with some skim milk or something they would be ok.

Re: Dannon Light \'n Fit Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt
ya cant beat a smoothie made or cold oats, fat free yoghurt, a banana, skimmed milk and a dash of honey yum breakfast on the go :-)
Hint add hot water to the oats the night before and stick it in the fridge
Dunno what the carb stuff is you are referring to but I flavour my own yoghurts now and use fat free hung yoghurt
Fat free and yummy and ya can make a mega low cal chocolate one which is delicious

Re: Dannon Light \'n Fit Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt
I personally like the light fat free wal-mart brand yogurt. They are like 80 kcals, 7g protein, and 7g sugar. They are cheap and very good.
