1) Last night, I realized that somewhere on my triathlon I hit 50 mph on my bike. I didn't even notice uit until last night, when I went for a group ride and was resetting my computer. I was trying to figure out where and when I could have possibly done it....

2) Second, there is a place on our group ride (yes ODB, I am now going with the fast group every time--you were right. You can't not go with them). Anyway, there is a place that is traditionally a sprint and everybody goes out. I got in the pace line and jumped out way earlier than I think people were expecting. I also think they thought they would bring me back in. They were wrong. At the end, I looked left to see who was going to challenge me at the end. There was no onethere. Then I looked back. I took the sprint by at least a dozen lengths.

2.5)I can't believe how much stronger I have become in less than a year of riding. At one point, the group got separated into two separate groups and I went solo and bridged the gap. It's an incredible feeling.

Sounds like you're having a great time Fish. Wish I was riding right now!

Awesome. I'm jealous. Really.

Time to take it to the next level with some CTS training?

Hahaha. Not me, although I am hooking up with a local club and some coaches to refine my riding skills.

Me? Tri? I would LOVE to... really, but my knees can't run no more. Not even 3.1 miles.
