Well, here's why they look like such 'pussies' (as the page describes them): they've got road shoes on and are standing on blacktop. Anybody who was a REAL bicyclist would know that it is freaking hard to stand up in bike shoes, let alone keep your balance while swinging. Plus, if they were in the saddle for hours and hours, they were probably not real fresh.

OK, that was a pretty pathetic fight, but I had to try.

I think you and I need to ride a century and then spar, brother. I think we'd still look better than those two.

Adventure Racers ofen have to carry their bikes through the woods up and down hills and through creeks that come up to their waist while wearing bike shoes. That would not be some kind of sissy slap fight.

Hockey players throw better haymakers than those while standing on ice, wearing skates.

Adventure racers wear pliable mtb shoes with treads. Road shoes have slick superhard bases with no tread. I can walk around and stretch and portage my bike with my mtb shoes on. Can't do that with road shoes on - they're not meant to walk in, just ride with.

Well, hockey players primary job is to fight and sometimes play hockey, so whad'ya expect? Besides, they skate around the ice while passing the puck, shooting, hitting guys.... they probably have more dexterity with their skates on than they do off. Bike riders don't walk around with their shoes on - now if you had a fight with them pedaling down the road, that would be something!

OK, I don't know why I am defending that fight - it was truly pathetic.
