August miles log....

I did 102 miles, with two trips over 25 miles. Joined a LBC and have been really enjoying the rides. I get some weird looks when I show up with my Mongoose Switchback Hybrid and everyone is on their roadies, but I keep up with them and earn a little respect.

I did not keep track this month, but was probably somewhere in the 250 range. I did a lot of 20+ milers, but nothing major.

They were fast though!

Well, its not like I had a job or school, so really, they should have been higher. My swimming was almost all in a pool, so it was pretty damn easy.
I'd still give a lot to be able to keep up with you guys on the bike(still hovering at just under 30 km/h)
