Default Dealing/Dressing for major weather changes

First post - Hi! (ride a specialised epic, a trek wsd 5200, a 29er SS, several kayaks/ski's, do IM and AR, work finance - wanna be a PT) - pretty much everything about me)

As per Signature I live in Canberra Australia (south and a bit west of Sydney - about an hour from the coast but up on a plateau).

At the moment out weather is a bit weird and I'm really stretched coming up with a way of coping without going through all my gear in one day.

Starts out around 10degrees C (so around 50) until around 7am, then by midday (and until around 7pm) its sitting around 33-35 (95 degrees). I usually get in a ride to work (or a morning kayak), run or swim at lunch, then a ride home (or an evening run).

I'm going through armwarmers, shorts and long knicks like crazy and can't keep up with the washing.

Any tips?

I don't know about tips, but I sure am jealous of your lifestyle!

Welcome to the boards!

Welcome Mooze! I wish I had some tips for you but we don't get those extremes where I am. You've got it right with arm and leg warmers/knickers. Basically removable/stowable layers.
