1.5 inch shoulder separation from another crash on Sunday. It sucks.

Ouch, that does suck. Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Take it easy and get better.

Maybe take some time off for the holidays, sign on with the "Old Guys Who Get Fat In Winter Racing Team". We've got a jersey for you.

Sorry about the "It's Over", that's the only image I could come up with.

Hope you get better.

Take a chance to get some rest. I know how much it blows, but hang in there!

Congrats girl! Be careful though, my shoulder may not fit well if you need a transplant one day.

I could very easily hang with her on any trail.*

*For the first couple hundred yards, anyway, until she got warmed up a little.

(Or I could fill her pedals with a fast set mortar and ride like hell while she tries to clip in.)

15 miles yesterday and 24 miles on the Womble today. Felt pretty good-even if I forgot my climbing legs at home...My shoulder seems to be healing pretty well. Tomorrow I'll try it out again.

I'm gonna catch Aaron's ass in 2008 dammit!!!

8 inches of snow on the ground here. Wind chills in the negatives yesterday.

Poor Midwestern folk. 5-10 ft of new snow in the Sierra's this weekend but it's in the 60's here.

Shall I go biking or snowboarding...

Lately, for some reason, I've been having dreams about surfing. And I'm not just surfing small waves, it's the big stuff.

Maybe it's a sign to move to Hawaii....

Hey, we'd still be happy to rent a wing of your mansion out there.

I'm picturing Kailua bay right now...

Low 40s... damn, we're riding in that in May and June! Positively balmy.

This is what cyclists looked like in Chicago today:

May and June in the 40s?!! Wow. I wonder what it would be like to take 2 more (or more) months off my busy (ha!) riding schedule? Oh and nice to see you back Kaiser!
