Default CTS Training offer

Hey there cyclist types.

Got an e-mail from roadbike review today, in it there is a link to a free training DVD from Chris Carmichael. They of course need your address so I have no clue how much junk mail I'll get for this, but I signed up for it as well as a couple of CTS newsletters.

Hope you find the link useful.

Og.

Well it took like 3 months, but I got the free training DVD today.

I've only vaguely looked into it, but I think the workout might kill me.

Either way looks like a pretty decent workout lasting aprox 40 minutes with Chriss talking to you about the intensity and cadence etc. The cyclists he has set up are working pretty hard in the DVD.

Has a basic section on mounting your bike in the trainer as well.

Not to bad for the price...oh wait it was free.

Thanks Og. Somehow I missed that first time around but I'm signed up now.
