I'd like one but only if I had unlimited funds, which I don't.

I have a Garmin Forerunner 301 and love it. The edge is newer technologey, similar to the new Forerunner 305, and has soem advanced features for cycling. I love my Forerunner, use it for running, biking, adventuring, and timing intervals and workouts. I do fear mine getting broken too, I am a bit reckloose sometimes, but lucky so far.

I actually need a new computer on my mountain bike. Last fall I had a small, insignificant crash and ripped the face of my current one. It kept working for a while but is now just extra weight on the bike. Due to the way I ride (Lots of rocky stuff, drowning my bike in rivers and hanging it off the back of my truck throughout most of the Spring, Summer and Fall) I think I'll stick with the cheapies that I can replace easily.

I have learned that nothing is bomb proof, except me of course.
