Below Bust: 33"
Waist (@ smallest): 28"
Hips (@ widest): 40"

L bicep: 10.5"

L thigh: 21.5"

Goals
My goal is to be around 115 lbs. I would also like to tone up. I am hoping to go get my BMI tested at my gym so I would like to improve that as well. I used to be heavy into working out and after becoming a professional and working a desk job for three years, I gained 15 lbs. It's been depressing and has been a siginificant problem for me.

Workout Plan
I just started NROLFW. I will be doing this three times a week (however, I will be on holiday for 2 weeks starting September 12th).
I also ride my bike to work. I plan on doing this on my NROLFW off-days. I also enjoy the elliptical which I do 10 min pre-workout and 10 minutes post-workout.

Here's a BMI calculator, but most of us don't go by BMI (ie someone REALLY muscular would have a high BMI, that wouldn't necessarily be indicative of their health). Maybe someone at your gym is qualified to measure bodyfat percentage for you with calipers? Tracking your measurements is also a great way to meaure your progress:

Hello! I understand how you feel about gaining "work weight." I've had a pretty identical experience since becoming a worker bee. Best of luck in reaching your goals!

Okay well here was my first workout yesterday...feeling a little sore today. I have a lot to do this week with planning for the 2 week holiday! So excited...while I won't be able to go to the gym on holiday...I will be walking everywhere and biking in Amsterdam!

Ah ya...I mean before I got a desk job I was working retail, doing window design, I guess I had a lot of active jobs and was always on my feet. I also lived in NYC so I was walking a LOT.
