Default Fall 2009 Challenge Training Log

Hi everyone! I have been a lurker on these forums for many months, but this will be my first challenge. Bear with me if I leave out info/overshare.

I'm 26, starting my 3rd year in graduate school, and preparing for a 1200 mile move. I obviously have a masochistic streak a mile wide to put a challenge on top of that! But really - I love exercise (which is good, because I love food too) and am always up for healthy competition as a motivator.

I have never had my body fat measured, but I would guess I'm somewhere in the 25-30% range. I did NROL4W from approximately last october - march. then i got REALLLY lazy and enjoyed most of my summer walking my dog and eating barbecue. I'm motivated to get back in shape now.

Until the challenge starts, I'll be getting familiar with the weight room again and taking light jogs with the doggie. Then I'll commit to NROL4W again.

Let the fun begin!!

I'll be moving to Jupiter, FL, about an hour north of Ft. Lauderdale. Nice community, clean, on the water. Can't really complain about Where I'm moving, only that it's my first big move away from my family. It's collateral damage in my job market, so I can't say that I didn't expect it.
