Default Precision Nutrition 6 Month Coaching Program progress report

I've been doing the 6 month Precision Nutrition coaching program, and here are my measurements so far. Some haven't changed much, others a bit more. Not bad over all.

July 8, 2009

Weight: 137.2
Neck: 12.25
Shoulders: 38.75
Chest: 33
Upper arm: 11
Waist: 29.5
Hips: 38
Thigh: 20
Calf: 14.75


August 22, 2009

Weight: 129.6
Neck: 12.5
Chest: 32
Shoulders: 37.5
Upper arm: 10.5
Waist: 28.25
Hips: 36.5
Thigh: 20
Calf: 14.5
