I've had a crapastic month, eating and exercise wise. I've been pretty lazy and have been bingey, which equates in no progress this month- in actuality a little bit of a backslide. I tried counting calories for a couple days, I tried eating lower carb, neither of which really work for me, I think. I woke up early today though and did speed rope intervals, and lifted for the first time since March 25th. I didn't weigh myself though...now that I'm in the last 15 or so pounds to lose, I think I'm going to stop weighing, and instead go by measurements/clothing. I feel pretty recommitted.
