Not much change this month. I'll chalk it up to my mom, being sick, and just being basically all over the place nutrition-wise! My weight this month went from an all-time low of 131 back to 137 for today.

There were times that I was two pounds lighter than my current weight. I do see a bit of difference in my abs and I can honestly say my pants fit better. This month WILL be better!!!

January 4, 2009:
1. No progress yet as far as weight and measurements.
2. I started Power Training strength and got a few weeks in, then had to stop due to a pulled rib muscle. I am still out of commission, but when I start up again, I am going to try New Rules of Lifting. After two false starts on Power Training, I just don't feel like going back right now.
3. I switched from Clean Eating back to counting calories. I went on a trip and realized it's just too much stress to be so limited in what I can eat. I was doing really well until this injury sidelined me. Now I need to tighten the diet up again.
I'm not surprised that I show no progress this month. I haven't been consistent with diet or exercise.
Looks like stomachs are the first to go. That's where I see the difference on most people. Good job, ladies! And lets make February even better (for those of us, that...um...could have done better)
So, here is the result of a full month of low activity...no gym and a lot of knitting. LOL. Actually, I was down to 137 a week ago and I'm hoping this jump is reflective of this weekend's Wine Country Getaway where I was forced to drink lots of wine. I am back in the gym tonight no matter what.

36 weeks (out of 40) along today. Just got out of the shower and forgot to put my hair up out of the way. Couldn't find the same bra so 'scuse the lopsided, frighteningly small bra for Feb -- much less scary than the stretched-out nasty things that fit right for now.

Feeling decent about my progress, the measurements are very encouraging and the body fat measurements are too. This makes up for the up and down of the scale.
maybe a bit of a back slide this month- at the very least no improvement. I'm also on the first day of my period, so feeling kinda icky and bloated.

Nutbar: I was scrolling through the pics real fast and I saw yours and I thought...'WHOA! This girl looks pregnant!!!" Then I saw it was you and thought..."oh! it's cause she IS pregnant!!" LOL!!!!
Well, my best news this month is that I can deadlift my bodyweight 4 times. I actually feel kind of stupid because I clearly have been underestimating my strength all along. But, lifting 150 lbs is not so bad for a 46 year old woman!
Anyway, no change in weight although I can feel improvements in body comp and I was pleased that the crappy pictures even picked up my emergent abs. I am so sorry these are so grossly huge. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it--I resized several times in photobucket and it didn't help.
My measurements are a mystery--my kids did something with my measuring tape and I will have to buy a new one or get someone to 'fess up. My weight--150--is the same.
My eating has been all over the place, so my weight is up. And I just came from an unexpected trip out of town.
I put this post together in about 40 minutes, and that included taking the pictures, resizing them, and taking my measurements. If there'd been a traffic jam on the freeway, I wouldn't have made it.
