Default vomtitastic workout!

stage 2 workout B

Ill log it tommorrow haha. the book is downstairs and im upstairs in bed and my obliques are screaming. it was a good workout. i went down in weight on the wide grip raised dead lift . i think it was about 65? something like that. oh well. it was fun. haha i love saying that about workouts! food wasnt so great. it was good until after lunch and i was like ooh ill get two garlic begal chips thats only 70 calories! well...2 turned into like 8 or 10 ..i cant remember i didnt count.. ugh! so calories were probably around 2200 or something. *sigh*

Thos bagel things are dangerous, but so yummy! So nice that others are noticing your hard work, that makes such a difference! You are doing great!

Default vomitastic workout..for real this time!

NROL4W STAGE 2 WORKOUT B
A wide grip dead lift from box 2x10@65#
B1 Bulgarian split squat 2x10@25# ( these were sorta fun! )
B2 Underhand grip lat pulldown 10@50# 10 @ 70# ( someone else got on after me and changed the weight and i never changed it haha )
C1 Reverse lung from box with forward reach 1x10 @ 5#e 1x10@10#e
C2 Dumbbell prone Cuban snatch 10@5#e 10@10#e
D1 Swiss ball crunch 2x10@10# ( I LOVE THESE! )
D2 Reverse crunch 2x10
D3 Lateral flexion 2x10
E Prone cobra 2 60 sec.
i havent done HIIT yet im going to do it later. I went to the gym late and we wanted to get home so im going to do it later today

omg! my dogs having puppies! shes in labor right now. well i dont think i will be getting to the gym today. ill go for sure tomorrow. hmph. ill do the HIIT i was supposed to do two days ago today.

I am one of those crazies that likes BSS's, too! I am almost always sore from them the next day, but I still love 'em. Nice workout!

Stage 2 workout A (2)
A1Front squat /push press 2x10@ 55#
B1 Step-up 2x10@20#
B2 Dumbbell one point row 2x10@15
C1 Static lunge, rear foot elevated 10@10# 10@ 15#
finally! HIIT on the elliptical

My friends came with me for this workout it was a lot of fun. Well I didnt look at the book and thought that there was underhand grip lat pulldowns so we did them haha. the thing was on 90 and i didnt change I was just gonna try it..well it was to heavy...until my friend was like let me try ...and she did it... *competitvie drive kick in!* so yeah then i did it! haha. we did ten each then i checked to book haha.

thank you! i like competitive drive..cuz iv never had any before haha.
ugh! the puppies arent here yet.. she is starting to make a nest so hopefully soon
we arent sure anymore though.

oh! and i did pushups. i didnt do planks or woodchops because my parents were waiting outside to pick us up and my friends needed to get to work. ill do the planks later. promise!

Hi Summer-

I just read your log and I am so impressed! My boyfriend's daughters are 13 and almost 15 and I am always bugging them to work out with me and eat better but they don't really want to. I am always sneaking veggies and fruits into their food and I don't keep any snack food in the house. They probably think I am a huge pain in the butt!

Summer, great job getting in a workout with all the craziness going on! I didn't get to the gym while travelling--Shawn was giving me a guilt trip so I let it go...

How is Maggie--any puppies yet?

So are we on for tomorrow? I can be there at 6:45...

pictures too? all three of the laptops decided to not work right at the same time..ugh.

i went on about a 4 mile walk today it was nice. there was even some running in it because..im not sure. my friend kept cramping up so she was like lets run! hahaa. it was funnn

im not looking forward to weighing myself tomorrow. i know i have lost inches for sure but ti have been eating badly. *Sigh* oh well. i know i look different from last month so i guess ill have to look at the bright side. oh and i wasnt breathless when i ran today! woo! ha. kk well everyone have a goodnight and look forward to what i hope will be a kick butt workout lol. =]

thanks. yeah. i guess one month doesnt matter too much. . i just realized though that its only likee 4 months time summer! ahh! katie comes home from thailand in 103 days bahaha gotta make those 103 days count. it would be nice to be somewhere close to her size. Bulgarian split squat 2x10@35#

Under hand grip lat pull-down 2x10@90#

Reverse lung w/ forward reach from boxs 2x10@15e#

Dumbbell prone Cuban snatch 10@15#e 10@10e#

Lateral flexions 2x10

reverse crunch 2x10

Swiss ball crunch 2x10 ( i did these at home so i couldnt add weight)

prone cobra 2 @ 60

ill do hiit with workout a on wed. or thur.
