i didnt bring a paper or anything to write down everything but i think iv got it all right. stage 2 workout A1
Front squat /push press 2x10@35# ( omg! i love these! there funn!) Step up 2x10@30e# Dumb bell one-point row 10@15# 10@20# (i thought these were fun lol) Static lung, rear foot elevated 2x10 (bw) Push ups 2x10@40 degrees angel ( i never thought to do this lol but iv been doing them like up against things) Plank i did it on a bench the first time it was 25 sec. 25 rest 23 sec. 14 rest 13 sec. the second time it was 30 sec. 30 sec rest. 30 sec 30 sec rest Cable horizontal wood chop 2x10@ 20#

UMM..yesterday yesterday was..wednesday? i dont really remember.. i dont think it was good though...this weeks eating has been way off. but next week is a new one right. ( i would say tomorrow but the weekends are hopeless with sports and stuff but i think ill try to be good anddd track food!)
i just got done walking around outside and playing basketball with my brothers it was a lot of fun. i forgot how much i liked it lol. my brother was like summer you've lost a lot of weight haha it was nice. even if i havent lol. :] have a nice day eveyone!
